Custom Picture Frames

Where a custom made product has been supplied correctly, we are not able to offer any exchanges or refunds. It is your responsibility to read our how to measure pages before ordering to ensure the measurements you are entering into our website are correct. If you are unsure, please double check that the sizes you are entering are correct and you are clear on our measuring guides.

Some frames/mouldings may appear different on your computer screen, We recommend ordering a sample of the moulding before purchasing a full frame to ensure the frame is perfect for your requirements.

Other Products

If for any reason you want to return the goods, you must do so at your own expense within 7 days of receiving your goods. We will refund the same credit or debit card you paid with for the value of the products minus delivery charges from us to you within 30 days.

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged in transit, you must notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will require you to email us a photo of the damaged item and it's packaging, upon receipt we will send out a replacement item as soon as possible.

Unauthorised Returns

If you would like to return an item to us you must contact us first, Any goods returned will be held for up to 3 months from the date of reciept. During that time you will be able to arrange for us to dispatch the item. There will be additional charges for shipping.
